Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for collecting, collating, mining and application of bioinformatics data(including DNA/RNA/SNP, CNV, DNA methylation, mRNA, etc.);

2. Use high-throughput sequencer to obtain the above data and provide pipeline based on mathematical methods, informatics analytical database and public genetic database resources;

3. Convert pipeline design into various small pieces of software based on different computer programming languages and data algorithms.

Qualifications:

1. Responsible for preliminary processing(data reading, normalization, basic comparison, etc.) and in-depth analysis(statistical analysis, function annotation, genetic analysis and sequence comparison, etc.) of high-throughput sequencing data and providing analytical reports;

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree majored in bioinformatics, biostatistics and other related specialties; relevant working experience is required for candidates with bachelor’s degrees;

2. Proficient in genomics sequence algorithms and common bioinformatics and mathematical statistical software; good knowledge of principles of molecular biology and genetics; experience in clinical projects is a plus;

3. Familiar with common biology websites and databases(NCBI, EBI, Ensembl, UCSC, TCGA, oncomine, etc.);

5. Good command of English; ability to publish SCI papers or write English literature is a plus.
