Early stage cervical cancer is mainly treated surgically. In middle and late stages it is treated through surgical operation in combination with chemotherapy. Due to high correlation between chemotherapy efficacy and gene mutation or expression level, testing of relevant gene expression level may provide necessary basis for chemotherapy drug selection.
